Network Fostering Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs Canada (NF-TEC) exists to close Canada's digital divide by equipping young people, especially those from underserved and under-resourced communities, with the digital skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and opportunities they need to thrive in today's technology-driven economy.

Executive Director
Roxanne is the visionary leader behind the launch of Network Fostering Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs Canada (NF-TEC). With more than 20 years of experience designing and leading high-impact youth initiatives, she has successfully partnered with government and corporate stakeholders to deliver transformative programs across Canada.
NF-TEC is dedicated to advancing digital equity and expanding access to entrepreneurship education for young people nationwide. Through innovative, digitally driven programming, the organization equips youth, particularly those facing systemic barriers, with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in Canada’s rapidly evolving innovation economy.
